HANCOCK, Diana Irma – A resident of Wallaceburg, Diana passed away at the CKHA-Sydenham Campus on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at the age of 73.

Diana is the daughter of Leona Coleman. Beloved wife of Frank. Cherished mother of Heather Torti (Frank) and grandmother of Justin, Ian and Jessica Broad. Dear sister of Joanna Toulouse (Ray) and sister-in-law of Eric Hancock (late Pricilla).

Survived by her brothers Richard Vercauteren (Janet), Ronnie Vercauteren (Shirley) Jerry Vercauteren (Janet) and sisters Brenda Mallette (Larry) and Linda Dixon (Fred). Predeceased by her brothers Morris Vercauteren (surviving spouse Barbara) and Albert Vercauteren (surviving spouse Jean). She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews.

Diana was a longtime Payroll clerk with Eatons and after that a receptionist with Dr. Steen.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the Haycock-Cavanagh Funeral Home, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg, Ontario on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

Service in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, October 3 at 11 am. Interment to follow.

If desired, remembrances to Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkinson Society.
