CIRKA, Hanya Olga (Gregorovich) Cirka, Obituary

CIRKA, Hanya Olga (nee Gregorovich) — Of Toronto, beloved wife of the late Bohdan Peter Cirka, peacefully left us on the afternoon of December 23, 2015, only weeks after celebrating her 87th birthday.

Hanya, daughter of Alexander Gregorovich and Mary (Pawluk) Gregorovich, is survived by her five children and their spouses, John Cirka and Elaine Sharpe, Marusia and Riley Hinson, Paul Cirka and Liseanne Gillham, Sam Cirka and Maggie Richards and Christine (Yljana) Cirka.

She will be sadly missed by her beloved grandchildren Mark, Alexander, Max, Adriana, Alexandra, Isabel, Julia, Matthew, Katelyn and Nicolas.

Hanya is survived by her siblings John, Andrew, Basil and Lesia.

She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and extended family. Her warm presence and giving heart will be missed by us all.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 29 starting 11 a.m. at St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 855 Barton St. E., Hamilton with interment immediately after in Hamilton.

Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association will be greatly appreciated by the family.
