HARDMAN, Darryl Clarence HARDMAN
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Darryl Clarence Hardman, who left this world peacefully on December 5, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family at Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth.

Born on March 27, 1971, in Wiarton, Ontario, Darryl was the beloved son of the late Bruce and Lois (Gibbons) Hardman. He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife Louise Hardman, and by his cherished children Samantha, Destiny, and Steven Hardman (Monica). Darryl was a proud and loving papa to Easton, Nashton, Jaxson, Aria, Hendrix, Layne, and Sebastian, who brought immense joy to his life.

Darryl is survived by his brothers Richard (Amanda) and Dwayne (Jen), as well as his brother-in-law Ben. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, caring co-workers, and countless friends.

Predeceased by his brothers Tony and Jeff, by his maternal and paternal grandparents, Charles and Glays (Mary) Hardman (Weir), and Clarence and Stella Gibbons (Longmire), and by his mother-in-law Freda Cleverley.

A dedicated and hardworking man, Darryl was truly “married to his job” at Alloy Castings, where his commitment and work ethic were admired by all who knew him. Outside of work, Darryl embraced life with enthusiasm and a big heart. He was an avid dart player and a proud member of the Mens Dart League with the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 532 in New Hamburg. He enjoyed a good game of washoo’s, Stephen King Books and Movies, was skilled in woodworking, and never lost his title as the unofficial beer pong champion.

Darryl loved his dog, treasured evenings spent around outdoor fires with family and friends, and was always the life of the party, he had a passion for music and comedy. Whether wielding his leg guitar or sharing a laugh, he had a unique gift for lifting the spirits of those around him.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to WRHN Cancer Centre or to any Cancer Charity of your choice.
