CUDMORE, Harold Wayne – February 23, 1939 – October 8, 2015

With great sadness in our hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Wayne Cudmore, much-loved husband of Gail (nee Miller), long-time residents of Kenora. He was the cherished father of Kim (Pat) Dool and Tracy (Rick) Anthony, all living in Thunder Bay, and adored grandpa of Kyle, Thunder Bay, and Amanda Dool (Brendon McDonald), Kenora, and Joelle (Deric) Ewen and Ryan Anthony, Thunder Bay.

Also mourning his passing are his siblings Ken (Marlene) Cudmore, British Columbia, and Connie (Murray) Chester, Manitoba, and both their families.

Wayne was born, and predeceased by his parents Stewart and Bessie (nee Kerr) Cudmore, in Crystal City, Manitoba.

As a young man he left the prairies to venture out on his own. He successfully secured a job at the Kenora Pulp and Paper Mill and met the love of his life Gail; whom he married October 28, 1958.

A special thanks to the support staff and residence of Benidickson Court, Lake of the Woods District Hospital, Birchwood Terrace Nursing Home and friends and family for all their support and care during this difficult time.

In memory of Wayne, we invite you to a come and go gathering to be held at Benidickson Court Second Floor Common Room from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 17. Private family interment to follow.
