TAYLOR, Harriet Beedict Fear (nee Smart) R.N.  –  Peacefully, and surrounded by her family, at the Toronto General Hospital on Sunday, November 5, 2023, in her 81st year.

Beloved and devoted wife of David Taylor and, previously, David W. Fear, M.D. (deceased).

Beloved mother of Julia, David (Kirsten), and Robert Fear.

Adoring grandmother of Georgia, Lilah, Sasha, and Natalie Fear. Survived by her dear brother, Stephen Smart (Juan Pablo).

Special aunt to her nieces, Becky Smart (Thibaut), Amy Smart, Catherine Fear, and Susan Spence (nee Fear) (John); and nephew, Gregory Smart.

The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home – A.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10th. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home Chapel on Saturday, November 11th at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at Little Lake Cemetery, Peterborough at 1:30 p.m.

Memorial donations to the SickKids Foundation at www.sickkidsfoundation.com, designated to the “David Fear Fund for Paediatric Pain Education,” would be appreciated by the family.
