HARRINGTON, Lesley Harrington

Passed away suddenly on Friday January 16, 2026, in her 81st year. Predeceased by her beloved husband and best friend Glenn. Cherished mother (Mum) of Stephanie (Craig) and Christopher (Monica). Adored grandmother (Nannie) to Nathan and Vanessa. Dear sister to Phyllis (Freeman), David, and Simon, sister in-law to June (Don) Stone along with many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Joan and Fred Bowditch.

Lesley lived in Cambridge (Galt) most of her life after coming from England as a young girl and later worked as a dedicated and trusted legal secretary with many dear colleagues over the years. She was the heart of our family. Her house was a home that’s door was always open with room at her table and a place where family and friends often found themselves gathered. All that knew her looked to her for guidance through life’s practical and administrative challenges as she had the ability to make complicated or overwhelming processes feel manageable. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her warmth, kindness, and unwavering readiness to help.

A celebration of Lesley’s life will be held in the chapel of Corbet Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, N., Cambridge, on Friday January 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm with visitation one hour prior.
