HARRISON, Jim Harrison

Passed away peacefully at Brightshores Health System Owen Sound on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Born in Owen Sound on May 3, 1950, James Edward Harrison of Owen Sound, was in his 76th year.

Beloved husband of the late Raetta Harrison (nee Pinkney). Loving father of Jason Harrison (Tracy) of Exeter, Michael Harrison (Lisa) of Owen Sound, and Natalie Cashmore (nee Zeidler Harrison) (Chris)of Nanaimo BC and stepfather to Robin Stuempfle (Steve) of Cargill and Ryan Donaldson (Marie) of Kemble. Cherished grandpa of Megan Baldwin of Hensall, Tanner Stuempfle (Jessica), Shelby and Bryan Harrison of Exeter, Brady Harrison of Owen Sound, Crystal Hayes (Marc) of Edmonton AB ,Samantha Cashmore (Iván) of Nanaimo BC, Alex Cashmore (Kaitlyn) of Spruce Grove BC and Aydn Cashmore of Nanaimo BC. and great – grandpa of Blayre, Robi and Rory Baldwin, Elliott Hayes, Archer Cashmore. Dear brother of Frederick Harrison of Toronto. Jim will also be missed by many family and friends.

Predeceased by his parents John and Catherine Harrison (nee Young) and by his sister Catherine Rebecca Brewster (nee Harrison).

A come and go memorial visitation will be held at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th St. W., Owen Sound, 519-376-7492, on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 5 – 7 p.m.
