HART, Susan Lilian Hart

With heavy hearts and faith in eternal peace, we announce the passing of Susan Lilian Hart on September 16, 2025, at the age of 66.
Susan is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 28 years, André Deschamps, and her cherished daughter, Ashley Hart (Adam Derouchie). She was a proud and doting grandmother to Shogan, Maximus, and Starlee.
Born to Gerald and Rollande Tessier (née Murphy), Susan grew up in a loving family with her siblings: Michael, Barbara (Ron Thibert), Wayne (Heather), and Charlene (Rob Goulet). She is predeceased by her brother, Larry Tessier, and will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Susan’s warmth, strength, and quiet faith touched many lives. She now rests in peace, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
As per Susan’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, followed by a Celebration of Life in the Chapel at 12:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan’s memory may be made to Carefor Cornwall Hospice.
