HARVEY, Georgette Harvey (née Cloutier)

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Georgette Harvey, our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who left us peacefully at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Henry Harvey, she is survived by her siblings André Cloutier, Gertrude Côté, Myra Sloan, and Françoise Lafond.

Predeceased by her parents François and Simone Cloutier, her brothers Denis and Léopold Cloutier, and her sisters Yolande Gauthier and Laurette Nickner. Georgette was the epitome of grace and warmth, always putting the needs of others before her own. She was a devoted mother whose love knew no bounds and whose kitchen brought joy to generations.

She leaves behind her children: Diane (Daniel Roy), Jocelyne (Robert ThÉroux), Normand (Kim), Hélène (Don Studholme), Francine (Dean Archer), Pierre (Jennifer), and Caroline (Steven Allen); grandchildren: Marie-Josée, Martin, Stéphanie, Joshua, Jonathan, Eric, Julie, Alexandra, Emma, Nicholas, Allyson, Gabriel, Kenadie; and seven great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 7th at Paroisse Assomption in Kirkland Lake, with visitation at the church starting at 10:00 a.m. Donations in her memory can be made to Paroisse Assomption via mycharityfund.ca.
