Passed away peacefully, on January 1, 2024 at the Village of Humber Heights, in her 91st year.
Loving sister to Ruby, Adelaide and Constance.
Cherished aunt to several nieces and nephews. Hazel will be deeply missed by her friends and church family.
Friends will be received at St. Philip’s Anglican Church, 25 St. Phillip’s Road, Etobicoke, on Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 12 p.m. until time of the service at 1 p.m. Interment to follow in St. Philip’s Churchyard.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto or St. Philip’s Anglican Church would be appreciated.
