PARDO, Helen (Jenkins) Pardo Obituary

PARDO, Helen (Jenkins) – A life long resident Blenheim and wife of the late Willard Pardo (1996), Helen Pardo passed away at Riverview Gardens on Monday December 28, 2015 at the age of 84.

Willard and Helen operated a unique farm on Fargo Road with a chicken/duck hatchery. They had many exotic birds and animals to the delight of the many school children who visited them over the years.

It was here that they raised six children. Grace Rylett (Robert), Peggy Davidson predeceased Nov 2014 (Brent), Harold Pardo (Muriel), Florence Pardo (Tom Martin), Jerry Pardo (Vicky) and Bonnie Osborne (Frank).

Helen leaves behind 9 grandchildren. Cheryl Wilson (Mark) and Craig Rylett, Spring and Luke Davidson. , Lawrence Martin, Matthew and Jamie Pardo and Amber and Natasha Osborne. And one great grand daughter Peyton Wilson.

Helen will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Dear sister to Alma Wigle (Hadley). Predeceased by two brothers and seven sisters.

Visitation will be held at McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Monday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 with Rev. Bill Terris officiating. Interment.

Donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
