HENDRIKX, Antonia Maria Hendrikx

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Antonia (Toni) Maria (Koolen) Hendrikx, who passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025, in her 79th year.
Toni was the beloved wife of Archie Hendrikx. They shared 57 wonderful years together, during which Toni loved and supported Archie in every way. She was a devoted mother to John and Danielle Hendrikx, Rick and Emily Hendrikx, Shirley and Allan Van Damme, and Jeremy and Maria Hendrikx.

Toni was a cherished grandmother who loved spending time with her 10 grandchildren: Addison Hendrikx, Rylan Hendrikx, Elektra (Wes) Hendrikx, Jakob (Samantha) Hendrikx, Taylor (Joey) Van Damme, Holly Van Damme, Julie Van Damme, Luke Van Damme, Rita Hendrikx, and Adele Hendrikx.
She was predeceased by her brother Harry Koolen, her brother-in-law Harry Thuss, and her sister-in-law Joanne Sanders.Toni is survived by her many loving brothers, sisters, and in-laws.

She dedicated her life to loving her family—her children and grandchildren. Toni also enjoyed expanding her social circle and made friends wherever she went. She loved helping Archie on the farm and often brought the kids along to drive the tractor.
Photography was one of Toni’s passions. She loved capturing special moments with family and friends and always had her camera with her. Her home was filled with pictures of her children and grandchildren, a testament to her pride and love for her family.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Sydenham Ridge Estates, 1425 Melwood Drive, Strathroy, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson Society of Southwestern Ontario.
