It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Rose-Marie Hennin (Rosie) (nee Beaudoin), on November 2, at the age of 81. She is reunited in heaven with her husband Carl. Rose was a loving mother to Sheryl, Shawn(Shelagh), caring MΓ©mΓ© to Kayla and Chase, and cherished great-MΓ©mΓ© to Kastyn. Predeceased by her siblings Mary-Jane (Gerard), Carmel (Gerald), and Roger, survived by her siblings Vince (Bonnie) and Colleen(Dan). Predeceased by sister and brother in laws Doris, Harold, Norman, Gary and Connie, survived by Larry, Jo Ann and Carl Carter. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends especially Georgette, her close friend since childhood.
Rose was a devout Catholic who was very involved with St. Anneβs Parish, she enjoyed her role as Eucharistic Minister during Mass and also provided communion to the sick. She loved to travel, play cards, but above all spend time with her family. She was βa champion of the under dogβ and was generous sharing her time and resources with those in the community.
A visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7235) on Thursday November 6th from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Anneβs Parish (12233 Tecumseh Rd E) on Friday November 7th, at 1pm, with burial to follow at St. Anneβs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made toΒ Transition to Betterness,Β Heart and Stroke FoundationΒ or the Childrenβs Aid Society Christmas program.
