HILL, Nancy Hill

Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving families at Brampton Civic Hospital in Brampton, Ontario, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Following a lengthy illness which she faced always with great positivity, Nancy Glee Hill (née Stephenson) continued on her journey at the age of 60.
Nancy was the loving daughter of Marilyn Ann Goodwin (née Bauman) of Burlington, Ontario, and the late John Edward Stephenson (1971). Stepdaughter to the late Kenneth David Goodwin (2015). Wife of the late Thomas Hill (1998). Loving life partner of Fernando Mota of Brampton. Cherished sister of John David Stephenson of Toronto. Dear niece of Ken Bauman (Linda) of Burlington, Wayne Bauman (Mary Louise) of Sanford, Florida, Linda Bockus of Collingwood and Catherine Bauman of Melbourne, Australia. Nancy will also be missed by her many cousins and by the extended Mota Family.
Nancy was predeceased by her brother, John Drew Allan Stephenson (2022).
Nancy’s family extends appreciation to the many doctors, nurses and hospitals who cared for Nancy, especially Fernando, her steadfast and loving caregiver.
A memorial service to celebrate Nancy’s life will be held at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th St. W., Owen Sound, 519-376-7492, on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery.
