HOGAN, Bill Hogan
December 6, 2025
Suddenly and peacefully, at home, on Saturday, December 6, 2025 with Nancy by his side.
Bill was the beloved son of the late John (Jack) Hogan and the late Wilma Last.
Brother of Rob (deceased) and Jim (Cindy)
Best friend and loving husband to Nancy (53 years)
Loved and respected Dad to his son Craig (Shannan) and daughter Terri
Grandpa to Jack and Reece.
Two of the happiest times in Bills life was when his Grandson Jack was born and then his Granddaughter Reece.
He loved them both equally and was loved and cherished by them.
Bill was one of the good guys and was a true gentleman.
He endured 3 back surgeries which ended his career early and he was not able to work in any capacity since.
He worked for Brewers Retail, a job he loved. He was a hard worker and was well respected by his co-workers where he developed many friendships.
He was very stoic and never complained about his pain and tried to stay positive for his family which he did very well.
He had a dry sense of humour and a very black and white way of thinking.
He put in a lot of his time as an avid sports fan, especially hockey and baseball, but ,
also enjoyed curling, golf, football and just about any sport he could watch.
He also loved his Molson Canadian beer.
He always found things to talk about, especially sports and politics with his son Craig and he loved to argue his point of view.
We are all at ease now that he is pain free and know that he will still be guiding us from the heavens.
We will never, ever forget you and will carry you in our hearts forever.
Rest in peace my dear, sweet husband. And thank you for choosing me to be your wife and letting me share my life with you.
Until we meet again!
