HOLLAND, Orville Charles Holland

Passed away peacefully in his 91st year on December 10, 2025. He is predeceased by his wife Barbara Holland and daughter Heather Holland. He is survived by his son Blake Holland (Shannon), granddaughters Megan Mooney (Craig), Carly Holland and great-granddaughter Rory. He is also survived by his brother Keith Holland (Bev) and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to his niece Donna who helped with his care over the last year. He will be greatly missed by many friends but especially Hugh. He made friends everywhere he went. His family and friends were very important to him and he always enjoyed sharing a meal, enjoying a coffee, playing a game of cards or bingo with those he cared about. He worked at GM for 35 years and took great pride in his work. GM took him many places around the world including Japan and Germany but he always liked to come home for a home cooked meal. He also took many RV trips with the family. A burial and celebration of life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Durham Childrens Aid Foundation supported by GM Canada.
