HOOEY, Helen Noreen (Knisley) Hooey – Obituary

HOOEY, Helen Noreen (nee Knisley) – Peacefully at home on Saturday, October 17, 2015 in her 70th year. 

Beloved wife of Paul Fromager and the late Beverly Hooey. 

Loving mother of the late Donna Doreen, Teresa (Pierre) Cadieux, Cindy (Paul) Armstrong, James (Mike Foote) Hooey, Orville (April) Hooey, Debbie (Ralph) Sovie, and Cathy (John) Haggerty and step-mother of Jason (Amanda). 

Cherished grandmother to 23 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. 

Dear sister of Phyllis (Orville) Hutchinson, James Dunsmore, Barb (Paul) Miller, Les (Janet) Dunsmore and the late Don (Teresa) Knisley. 

She will be sadly missed by her good friend Frieda Knisley and many nieces and nephews. 

A complete funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 2 p.m. at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg, with visiting from 1 – 2 p.m. 

Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Northumberland Hills Hospital Dialysis Unit would be appreciated by the family.
