At the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in her 92nd year. Loving mother of Thomas, Sean (Linda), Donald (Linda), Edward (Connie), Godden (Jo), and Andrew (Kim). Grandmother of Sonja and Jessica; Melissa and Vanessa; Charlotte; Aaron and Brittany; and Alisha. Great-grandmother of seven.

Anna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Godden, of Cartyville, NL; her parents, Thomas and Josephine Meaney of Carbonear, NL; her loving son, Edward; and her siblings, Angela, Mary, Ally and Jim.

Family and friends may visit at the Marsden & McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal, ON on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Robinson’s, Newfoundland (date to be determined). For those who wish, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Winchester District Memorial Hospital Foundation.
