HUNT, Janet Hunt

Entered to rest peacefully at home on March 5, 2026. Janet Hunt (nee Kleinsteuber) of Waterton, age 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Paul David Hunt. Cherished mother of Dan Hunt (Karen), Tammy Hunt (Darren Mathison), and Kim Hunt. Treasured grandmother of Anson Hunt (Maddie), Hugh Hunt (Sarah), Emily Mathison and Clare Mathison (Brent Maxon) and great grandmother of Wyatt Maxon. Janet is also survived by her brother Patrick Conley (Judith). She will be missed by numerous brother and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Janet’s Life will be held at Barclay Funeral Home, 1033 Prince St., Lansdowne on Thursday March 12, 2026 at 2:00pm. In memory of Janet, donations to the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario or BDHF Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated by the family.
