HUNTER, James Edward Jim Hunter

It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Jim at his home on Saturday, November 29, 2025. Dear old Dad of Shelly (Mike) Konkiewicz, Susie (Peter) Blazecka, Michael (Kristina) Hunter, Heather Guenette and Joe Hunter. Dear Papa of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Jeanette Jussila. Jim will be fondly remembered by his many family and friends.
Jim was a passionate and dedicated retired Police Officer for the OPP for 31 years.
An open house to honour Jim’s memory will be held at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford on Monday December 15, 2025 from 12-2 p.m. A private family Graveside Service will be held at Pioneer Cemetery, Burford. Keith Ovington 519-449-1112. www.keithovington.ca
