HUNTER, Sir Herbert Edwin –  September 17, 1916 – September 29, 2015

Peacefully at the Tony Stacey Centre for Veteran’s Care on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 in his 100th year.

Beloved husband of the late Wanda.

Loving father of Ken (Shirley), Darlene, Alan (Tina), Gord (Jennifer), Heather (Mike) and Sherry (Glen). Dear grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Sadly missed by his sister-in-law Frances. Lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be held at the ST. ANDREW’S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (35 Church St. Ajax) on Friday, October 2 from 10:00 – 11:00 am with a service to follow in the Chapel of the Church at 11:00 am.

Herb will be laid to rest with Wanda in Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens, Ajax.

To honour Herb’s wishes, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
