GRANT, Irene Joan – It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Irene Joan Grant on Friday, December 25, 2015 at Victoria Hospital, London in her 79th year.

Beloved wife of the late Christopher Grant.

Cherished mother of Rick (Sandra) Grant. Proud grandmother of Amanda. Loving sister of Linda (Bob) Falconer and sister-in-law to Stella, Josephine, Lillian and Loretta.

Predeceased by her brothers Art, Baby Hector, Ernie, Larry, Hector, Kenny, Raymond and Jimmy and sisters Carmen and Shirley. Survived by many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place.

Friends will be received by the family from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London, where the celebration of life service will be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m.

There will be a private family interment at a later date.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society.
