Passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025. She was born on November 13, 1926, in Radom, Poland.

Natalia was predeceased by her husband, Jan, her daughter Barbara, her son Kazimierz, her two sisters Maria and Vera, and her parents.

Natalia is survived by her grandson Steve and his family. She deeply cherished Steve, his wife Natasha, and their two children Max and Kai, treasuring every moment they spent together. Their bond brought her profound happiness and fulfillment, and she took great pride in being part of their lives.

She is lovingly remembered by her close friends Elizabeth, Leszek, Marysia, Zosia, and Steve, who were a constant source of companionship, love, and support throughout her life.

Natalia was a devoted Babcia to Ania (Angelo) and Natalie (Luke), and a cherished Great-Babcia to Alessia, Benjamin, and Oskar, all of whom brought her immense pride and joy.

Natalia survived the war, a testament to her strength and resilience. In 1942 at 16 years of age, she was taken to Germany, where she worked and met Jan, the man who would become her husband. After the war, Jan came to Canada first setting in Far North Ontario becoming an arborist, and in the early 1950s, Natalia followed with their two children, beginning a new life together. They moved 8 years later settling in Whitby, ON. Together, they built a life rooted in perseverance, hard work, and devotion to family. Natalia worked at Quantic Croven until retirement, after retiring, she generously volunteered at St. Vincent’s Kitchen, sharing her time and care with the community.

Natalia was known for her quiet strength, resilience, and deep love for those closest to her. Her life was marked by sacrifice, grace, and unwavering care for her family.

Steve and Natalia’s closest friends would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Thornton View Long-Term Care Home for their compassionate care and kindness, ensuring Natalia’s comfort and dignity in her final days.

Natalia will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 9 – 10 a.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Mass will take place at 11 a.m. at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church with Rosary starting at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
