As Donald departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Donald leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Amp James and Cora (Brown); and his sister June Watkins (late Doug). He is survived by: his siblings, Floyd James (Barbara Gorr), Ina Bozsik, Carol McInnes (late Ralph), Nora Frizzell (Garry), Cora Solway (Doug) and Donna Gemmill.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Milestone Funeral Homes – Northbrook Chapel (11928 Hwy 41, Northbrook, ON K0H2G0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations made in Donald’s memory to Land O’ Lakes Community Services would be appreciated by the family.
