HAYCOCK, James ‘Jim’ – Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre, Brantford on Monday, October 5, 2015 at the age of 84.

Beloved husband of the late Roxanne Haycock (nee Brown) (2012).

Dear father of Linda Bates (Phillip) of Quebec City, Debra Tarksis (Ed) of Edmonton, Cindy VanKruistum (late John 2013) and Bob and Billy. Step father of Helen Birch (Sean) of Nova Scotia and Diane Massie of Winchester, ON. Fondly remembered by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survived by his brother Doug Haycock (Lenora) of Forrester Falls and sisters Rosanne Buder and Evelyn Thiessen both of Waterloo.

He was the son of the late Arthur and Dora (nee Sexsmith) Haycock.

Jim was a member of the Oxford County Naval Veteran’s Association and a Veteran that served his country for 3 years.

The family will receive friends at the Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home 69 Wellington St. N., Woodstock, Ontario on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 11 am – 11:45 am.

A service of remembrance will follow in the chapel at 12 noon. A reception will immediately follow the service at the Oxford County Naval Veteran’s Association, 959 James St. Woodstock. A private family interment will take place in Ingersoll.
