STEPIEN, James Joseph ‘Jim’ – It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Jim on Friday, October 2, 2015, in his 52nd year.

Jim was the loving father of Allison and Graham. Cherished son of Pearl and the late Ben (2005). Dear brother of Robert, Donald (Janice) and Michael (Mary-Lou). Jim will be sadly missed by nephews, nieces and extended family members. Jim will be remembered by Susan and the Dugdale family.

Jim worked in the automotive industry as a chemical engineer and was passionate about sports, current events and travelling. He shared both his interests and his values with his family.

A special thank you to the ER staff at the St. Catharines General Hospital for their immediate care and attention.

In accordance with Jim’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the George Darte funeral chapel, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, Ontario on Wednesday, October 7th from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Jim’s Life, in the funeral home chapel at 11:30 a.m.

As an expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
