POTWOROWSKI, Jean-André – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jean-André Potworowski on October 7, 2015 in Ottawa.

He was predeceased by his parents, Francis Potworowski and Christine Szeptycka. He leaves behind his brothers Edward and Christophe and their families, as well as his beloved children, Charles, Christian and Clara.

Visitation on Friday, October 16th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario. The Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 17th at Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica at 9:30 a.m.
