BRADFORD, Jean Bradford Obituary

BRADFORD, E. Jean – Peacefully on December 23, 2015.

Much loved wife for 64 years of the late Reverend Doctor Douglas E. Bradford.

Dear mother of Nancy Bos (Carlo) and the late Dr. Lesley Bradford, all of Peterborough. Much loved Gran to Carlo (Ali), Jeffrey (Courtney), and Graham (Stephanie); and Great-Gran to Nathan, Jamie, Sophia and Matteo Douglas.

Jean was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold L. Seifert of Quebec City and Toronto. She was predeceased by her brother Harold, and her sister Bettie Mcdonald.

Jean was a graduate of Branksome Hall School and Victoria College, University of Toronto, and for years was active in the Lawrence Park Community. One of Jean and Doug’s great loves was the family cottage, “Westerly”, on Balsam Lake.

A private memorial service will be held on Saturday.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate remembrances be made to Hospice Peterborough.
