SMITH, Jean Smith Obituary

SMITH, Jean – Entered into rest peacefully on December 31, 2015, at Brockville General Hospital.

Jean is survived by her loving daughters Leslie Gonczowski (Tim) and Karen Elliott (Don).

She will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Jennifer Gonczowski (Rob Thornhill), Mike Gonczowski (Sheena), Erin Fritz, Natalie Gladu, and by great-grandchildren: Brittany, Taylor, Trinady, Kassie, Zoey and Selena.

Pre-deceased by her parents, Merrill Everetts and Ruby Everetts St. Pierre, her sister Linda Kirby and her infant daughter Sandra Lynne.

She is also fondly remembered by Brandon Madison, Melody, Jordon, Keegan and dear friend Cindy Smith.

Service will be held on Wednesday January 6, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Wall Street United Church. Interment will follow.

In memory of Jean, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Mental Health Association or a charity of your choice would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
