LUTZ, Jennifer – It is with profound sadness that the Lutz family announces Jennifer’s passing on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the age of 43 years.

Beloved wife of Brett. Proud and devoted mother of Rachel and Kyle.

Loving sister of Derek Hurst (and his wife Carla). Predeceased by her parents Walton “Wally” and Gloria Hurst. Loving granddaughter of Carmen Rossi “Grandmère”.

She will be sadly missed but forever remembered by many extended family and close friends.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Parish, 1150 Monks Passage, Oakville. Cremation to follow.
