In Loving Memory of Jirayr Garabed Kokorian It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jirayr (Jerry) Kokorian, who left us peacefully on May 14, 2025 at the age of 83. Born in Cairo, Egypt on August 27, 1941, Jerry built a beautiful life rooted in family, generosity, and love. He was the beloved husband of Baydzar, with whom he shared a lifetime of devotion, laughter, and enduring love. He was a cherished father to Gerald (Sonia) and Taleen (Paul), a proud grandfather to Christopher, Marc (Livia), Robert, Daniel, and Nicole and a loving brother to Bedros (Sonia) & Family, Betty & Family, Kegham (Vivian) & Family and Noubar (Maria) & Family. Jerry was a man of quiet strength and deep kindness. His life was a testament to the deep love he gave to his family, his church, and his community relationships that meant the world to him. With a gentle demeanor, a welcoming smile, and a heart full of warmth, he had a way of making everyone feel truly at home in his presence. The last 5 years he had been battling with kidney disease and throughout his difficult journey he never complained about the challenges he faced. His legacy will live on through the stories, traditions, and values he passed down to his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
