It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Braithwaite (née Graham).

 

Joan passed away peacefully, at Credit Valley Hospital on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the age of 88.

 

Predeceased by her loving husband, Donald Braithwaite.

 

Joan leaves behind her sons, John (Lisa) and Jamie (Holly); along with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

Joan will also be missed by her many friends and her cat, Oreo.

 

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Turner & Porter Neweduk Chapel, 1981 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 1 – 4 and 6 – 9 p.m.  Private interment at Springcreek Cemetery.

 

In Joan’s memory, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
