MOYSIUK, John  –  BSc Chem. Eng. 1956 University of Alberta

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of John, born on November 3, 1932, in Vegreville, Alberta.

John passed away peacefully, at Credit Valley Hospital, on May 10, 2023.

Beloved husband for 65 years to his wife, Lily.

He will be greatly missed by his family, including his children, William (Satwinder), Andy (Nancy), and Alice Moysiuk (partner Garry).

He was a proud grandpa of Julie, Jonathan, Harjot, Joe; and papa of Daisy (Josiah).

He spent his career in the oil industry, starting with BA Oil, and concluding as Vice President of Technology with Stone & Webster.

He enjoyed gardening, car repairs, fine dining and theatre, and especially spending time at his small farm north of Toronto. John was respected by all who knew him.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 2473 Thorn Lodge Dr., Mississauga, on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 11 a.m
