JOHNSON, Joe Johnson

Johnson: Harold Alexander “Joe” – A resident of Chatham, Joe Johnson passed away suddenly at home on December 23, 2024, at the age of 67.

Born in Wallaceburg, Joe was the son of Ella Johnson (née Baughman) and the late Raymond Johnson. Beloved husband of 36 years to Jane Johnson (née Libbrecht). Father to JJ Johnson.

Dear brother to Mary French, Margaret Lavoie, Doreen Stonefish, and David Johnson. Predeceased by his sister Heather Bloome and his brother Michael Johnson. Joe will also be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Joe will be forever remembered by his family for his love of golfing, bowling, playing cards, and trying to make other people laugh.

Family and friends are invited to gather at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 1:00 PM until the Funeral Service to celebrate Joe’s life at 3:00 PM. Cremation to follow.

Donations made in memory of Joe to the Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
