He passed peacefully Monday, December 28th, 2015 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury.

Beloved companion of Henrietta Merits.

Loving father of Jordan predeceased (wife Jeanne), Alex (wife Connie), Ingrid, Liana (Ralph), Yvonne, Steven (wife Irma) and Michelle.

Cherished grandfather of Jeanna, Jordanna, Adam, Rebecca, Rachel, Justin, Carrie, Lori, Kyle, Kevin, Mackenzie, Nicholas, Sara, Lia, Emilie, Mathew, Maeve, Ivy and great grandfather of 8 great grandchildren.

Dear son of Thaddeus (Teddy) and Emily (Landriault) de la Morandiere both predeceased. Survived by his dear brother Joe (wife Agnes) and predeceased by siblings, Melina, Rocbert, Regis, Teddy, Margaret, Zella and Alfred.

He loved calling “square dances” at the Legion and spending time with his friends there.

At Julian’s request, there will be no funeral home visitation or service.

Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 564 Lockerby would be appreciated.
