THOMPSON, June Rose (nee Wright) – Passed after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie. 

June Thompson of Barrie in her 71st year. 

Dearly beloved wife of the late Donald Thompson. 

Twin sister and best friend of Jean (Harold) Srigley. 

Sister of Hazel (Rodger) Morrison and sister-in-law of Vida Wright. 

Nene to Carrie Lynn (Andrew) Grayson, Trevor (Adrienne) Srigley and special Nene to Keegan, Keira, Aislinn and Sydney. 

Step-Mom to Bob and Ken Thompson and Grandma to Kylie, Kirsten, Meghan, Josh and Nathan. 

Sister of the late Nancy (Leighton) Henson, George, Douglas, Roy and Bernard Wright. 

June will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
 
Friends may call at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home Elmvale from 7-9 pm Monday, January 4. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday, January 5 at 1 pm. Spring interment in Elmvale.
