TOMASZEWSKI, Kazimierz Tomaszewski Obituary

TOMASZEWSKI, Kazimierz – Passed away on Wednesday, October 7th, 2015 at the age of 87.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Henryka (nee Wasaznik); his children Bozenna (Richard Blazeejewicz), Iwona Tomaszewska and his grandchildren Krzysztof and Tomasz Blazeejewicz.

Special thanks to Dr. Michelle McKinnon and the nurses from Carefor.

There will be no visitation. Funeral to take place on Tuesday, October 13th at St. Hyacinth Roman Catholic Polish Church, 201 Lebreton St N, Ottawa, Ontario at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
