WESTGATE, Kenneth Norman – Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Monday, December 7, 2015 at the age of 91.

Beloved partner of Laudi Sutton. Father of Diane Westgate (Donald Swaine) and Ross (Chantal) Westgate. Grandfather of Genevieve, Sandrine, Nicolas, and Erin.

He will be sadly missed by his sisters Jean Berry and Carolyn Parkin. Ken is predeceased by his brothers Robert, Brenton (Irene), and Barkley.

Ken served in World War II in Europe. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University upon his return. He worked for Royal Trust and Northern Telecom.

Ken was passionate about classical music, cycling, gardening, photography, and the Niagara Escarpment. He started a bicycle tour company in 1990s and led historical and winery tours around Niagara.

Cremation has taken place, with a memorial service to take place on Saturday, January 9th, 2016 at 11 am at Kingston Road United Church, 975 Kingston Road, Toronto, Ontario M4E 1T1.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bruce Trail or a charity of your choice.
