The world feels quieter without her.

Our beloved mom passed away peacefully at home in Oshawa on February 23, at the age of

80, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend whose warmth, humour, and
love shaped the lives of everyone who knew her. She had a way of making people feel seen
and heard. Her daughters Kirsten Fischer and Stephanie Boccongelle and her cherished
grandchildren, Rhys Fischer, Lachlan Fischer, Lyla Boccongelle and Marlowe Boccongelle were

the absolute centre of her world. They will carry her spirit with them always.
