KOTYLUK, Derek William Kotyluk

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Derek on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the age of 61.

Loving father of Jordan and Jessika (Dale). Stepfather of Ryan. Dear brother of Wendy and Cynthia. Predeceased by his parents Eugene and Hope Kotyluk. Will be missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Derek will be remembered for his caring personality, good humour, his love of sports, especially the Green Bay Packers.

A Celebration of life with reception gathering will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME 847 King Street West on Tuesday December 30th, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm with Tributes and Eulogies at 2:00 pm.
