LAFORCE, Thomas Laforce

He was called to the Kingdom at the age of 67 years, on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Loving husband of Rachel, father of Derek (Sue) and Crystal (Adam); as well as grandfather to six grandchildren: Charlie, Parker, Daniel, Reed, Lucas and Margery.

Thomas was predeceased by his parents, Mary and Joseph; and two of his brothers, MJ and Jim Laforce.

Known to many as Tom, or Tommy, he loved hockey, golf, and fishing, especially with his little princess. He spent many of his later years at the golf course, and watching hockey games with his son, Derek and grandson, Charlie. Tom was a kind soul who had a big heart and a soft spot for animals. His greatest love though, was the love he had for Jesus, his Saviour. Many will remember him by his shirts and hats that bore the image of Jesus, and the Christian music which he played on a speaker everywhere he went. He had a deep love for the Lord, and it showed through the light he shined all around him.

A service will be held at the Victory Freedom Centre on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a luncheon in the Life Centre at Abundant Life Christian Fellowship. A private interment will be held in the spring.
