LAFORME , Jeremy Brian Laforme

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of
Jeremy Brian Laforme of Mississauga of the Credit First Nation on
August 13, 2025, at the age of 50.

Jeremy will be remembered for his generous spirit, sense of humour, and the deep care he showed to those around him. He leaves behind his brother Jason, daughters Carissa, Christina, and Krystara; sons Austin, Christian, Derek, and Christian; as well as grandchildren Brighton, Brennan, Naveen, Jett, Kinsley, Sophia, Vincent, Rowen, Max, Myah, and Alexandra. He was predeceased by his mother Teresa Parker-Laforme, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents.

Visitation will take place at Styres Funeral Home, 1798 4th Line Road, Ohsweken, on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A ceremony for friends and family will follow on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., with interment at New Credit Cemetery.
