Predeceased by her sisters Anita Ouellette (late William), Irene Gauthier (late Lawrence), and Georgette Proulx (late Allan Humphrey).

Dear Aunt of Leo Ouellette (Marcia) of Cornwall. Dear Friend of the late Louis Rioux of Cornwall.

Edwina was the daughter of the late Arthur Proulx of Alexandria and the late Elizabeth Diotte of Ste-Anne-de-Prescott.

Edwina loved her career as a hairdresser for more than 50 years and had a big clientele, and was the proud owner of Edwina Beauty Salon. She also worked for Boulerice Funeral Home for a few years doing hair for women who passed away.
Edwina was a brave woman who dealt with tragedy and illness during her long life. The lost of her dear husband Donat, and the heartbreak of losing numerous family members and friends, but she was always overcame each difficult challenge. She loved laughter and never wanted to say goodbye.

Resting at Boulerice Funeral Home 218 Montreal Road, Cornwall, ON.
Thursday, November 6, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Friday November 7, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christion Burial with Commendation at St. Felix de Valois Church at 11 am. Burial will take place at Sacre Coeur Parish Cemetery in Alexandria at 3 :00 pm on the same day.
