LAWLESS, Dorothy Eileen Lawless

Peacefully, with family, at Southbridge, Owen Sound, on Friday, December 19, 2025, in her 97th year.

Beloved wife of Frederick (2013) for 64 years. Loving mother of Gary (Mary Innes). Proud and cherished grandmother of Jonathan (Nicole) and David. Great grandmother of Romi and Raya. Sister of Lois and Jim.

Dorothy will be fondly remembered by nieces and nephews, dear friends and her extended family. She was an avid member of St. Mary of the people parish and their Catholic women’s league since 1960.

Our thanks to Dr. Sarah Ritchie, the nurses and personal support workers at Lakeridge Health Oshawa and Whitby, Paramed, and Southbridge Owen Sound for their kind care.

Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME 847 King St. W. on Monday, December 29, 2025 from 4 PM to 8 PM.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Mary of the People Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11 AM (570 Marion Ave. Oshawa). Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Grafton Ontario in the spring.
