ROGERS, Lawrence (Larry)  – August 9, 1941 – December 27, 2015

After a short but courageous battle with cancer, Larry passed away peacefully in the loving presence of family at Melech Hospice in Tampa, Florida. 

Larry was predeceased by his life partner of 48 years, Ron Pugh, by his parents Ken and Kay and brother Michael.

Survived by Kathy, Shelagh (Darren), Bev (Joe), Bev (Roger), nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. 

Larry was a colourful personality.  He will be greatly missed by his daily walking partner, his beloved schnauzer “Mr. Max”.

Larry retired as a Principal with the Toronto School Board and has lived in Panama for the past 10 years.

Cremation has taken place.

Celebration of Life will be held at: Whitby Yacht Club,  701 Gordon St., Whitby, Ontario,  February 20th  from 2 – 6 p.m.
