SLACK, Libby – (November 22, 1950 – December 26, 2015) – Passed away peacefully in Ottawa on December 26, 2015 at the age of 65.

Loving mother of Jamie (Michelle) and Joanna (Ed and children Lauren, Maeve and Ryan). Dear sister of Leslie (Pat) and cherished aunt of Monique, Bret and Paul.

She will also be greatly missed by other family and friends.

A Celebration of Libby’s Life will be held at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Donations in Libby’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
