LORQUET,Michelet Lorquet

Passed away peacefully at the age of 57.

Michelet was a devoted and loving husband to his beloved wife, Judith, for many wonderful years. He was a caring and proud father to his cherished children: Judlet, Nephtalie, Judensky, Bethsaida, Clyvens, and Stephie.

He will be deeply missed by his dear sisters Marie-Madeleine and Fedline, and by his brothers-in-law Arnold and Ducarmel. Michelet’s memory will also live on in the hearts of his nieces and nephews: Medleen, Kerry, Johakyna (Menelas), Carm-Line, Freud, and Christ-Lynn (Dube), along with his extended family on the Lorquet, Jeanty, Menelas, Bubic, and Dube sides in Canada and Haiti.

Michelet was known for his warm heart, joyful spirit, and his gift for making others laugh. He was truly one of the funniest, most kind-hearted people you could meet. As someone who loved serving others, Michelet dedicated much of his life to helping those around him with sincerity and compassion.

He will be remembered not only for his laughter and generosity but for the love and light he brought into every life he touched.

Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7234) on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 9:00am – 10:00am. A livestream may be viewed here.
