LOSIER , Gerald Joseph Losier

Beloved partner and best friend of Natalie Semeniuk. Loving father of Nicole, Annette (John), Claudette (Ron), and Monique (Calvin). Cherished grandfather of Jim, Eric, Adam, Phillip (Kandis), Matthew (Lindsay), Luke (Lindsay), Bradley (Christina), and Jenna (Aiden) and great-grandfather of Aria, Hope, and Evelyn.

Survived by his siblings Jean-Paul (Helene), Sr. Giselle, Leonce (Claudette), Calix (Claudia), Denys (Raymonde), and Gilles (Mary).

Gerald will be fondly remembered by many family and friends in Ontario and New Brunswick.

Gerald was a proud and dedicated tradesman, he was a lifetime member of the Carpenters Union, Local 397, for an incredible 74 years. His craftsmanship can still be found at the Oshawa General Hospital and the Darlington Power Plant, which he helped to build.

He also found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved fishing, spending time outdoors and cherished days at the cottage. Trips back to his home in New Brunswick were especially meaningful to him.

Gerald had a remarkable memory for family history and genealogy. He could recall stories and details of generations past and took great pride in passing them down. His love for storytelling kept family traditions alive.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025 from 6-8 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel.
