LOUGHLIN, Lynn Marie Loughlin

Passed away at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday January 3, 2026 at the age of 79 years.  Wife of the late Michael Joseph “Joe” Loughlin (d. February 22, 2023).  Loved and missed by her children David (Marianne), Sherri (Dave) and Christa (Paul).  Cherished Grandma of Rileigh (Jordan), Cody, Morgan, Tristen, Dylan, Kiah and Keaton and Great Grandma of Lilah Jean and James Joseph.  Also remembered by her dear friends; Inge, Cathie, Marilyn, Laura, Irene, Doreen, Jenet, Sheila, and Gil, and all her friends and staff members of Royal Gardens, with whom she loved to share all her baked goodies.

Lynn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister who lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed her time gardening, sewing, playing shuffleboard, axe throwing, playing euchre, and cooking. She was an incredible baker. She loved a good joke and loved to laugh. She loved bowling and lawn bowling and she loved her game shows. She could easily beat anyone at a game of Scrabble, and she definitely loved to win. Lynn adored her grandchildren, always making them cookies and their favourite treats.

Lynn’s family would like to express their extreme gratitude for the superior care she received from her healthcare team at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. The caring doctors and nurses went above and beyond, especially her ICU nurses, Emma and Megan.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at Low & Low Funeral Home, 1763 Reach Street, Port Perry on Thursday January 8, 2026 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM.  A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday January 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM.  Reception to follow.  Interment Prince Albert Pine Grove Cemetery.
