LOWE, Roger Duane Lowe

It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of Roger Duane Lowe at the age of 84 years old. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather whose greatest joy in life was his beloved wife Pat, and the family they built together. Roger passed peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at the Brockville General Hospital.

Roger was predeceased by his wife of 46 years, Pat Lowe (nee Power). Loving father of Patricia and her husband Barry Baker. Proud grandfather of Lauren Shane (Michael) and Andrea Baker (Drew Lennon). Cherished GG to great granddaughter Oakley Claire Shane. Dear brother-in-law to Hannah Lowe, Kathryn Vandenheuvel, James and Ann Power and Joan and John Knighton. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews and close family friends, Linda Park (Keith), Brenda Wells (Ryan) and their families. Fondly cherished by his son-in-law Barry’s family. Roger was predeceased by his parents, Doris Rockey (Graham) and Eric Lowe, his siblings Doug Lowe, Ralph Lowe (Shirley) and Beverley Toupin (Carl), parent-in-laws, Tom and Ellen (Fawcett) Power, and in-laws Lois Auger (Vic) and Henry Vandenheuvel.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Wellington House for their compassionate and loving care to Roger and his family for the past year. Thank you as well the staff at the Brockville General Hospital for their excellent care in his final days.

He will be remembered for his generoisty, warm sense of humour, and steadfast dedication to his family. He touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Irvine Memorial Chapels & Cemetery, 2451 County Rd 15, Maitland, ON on Friday, March 20, 2026 from 10 am to 12 pm followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 12:00 pm in the Chapel.
